The good points are the items are well made, beautiful cotton, original concept - the colours are more muted than in the images, though, which is fine unless you have seen the images then it is a little disappointing. The products are also delivered in calico shoe bags - and arrive creased and looking as though they have just been folded carelessly and shoved in. They are beautiful once ironed, but then the problem of folding them again begins - the wrap style means that it is almost impossible to fold a bathrobe back into its calico bag without creasing it. I persevered with ironing, packing and re-ironing for more than an hour and gave up because they were getting just as crumpled as when they arrived. There are also lots of spare threads on the items - where the thread has been cut but allowed to stick to the product without being removed. It is a question of attention to detail, really - and perhaps different or larger presentation bags to prevent them arriving looking crumpled. If you are buying for yourself, no problem - just iron and wear. They look great. If you have bought them as gifts, you don't want to give a crumpled piece of fabric in a shoe bag and the more muted dye shade doesn't help with that, either. Buy it, iron it and then repackage it for gifting is my advice. Just give the shoe bag as an extra for packing the items when travelling. But folding without crumpling and without using shirt clips is a challenge in itself. 7/10
