Not as great as hoped

I'm sorry to say that my experience hasn't been great. I chose XL based on my measurements and the sizing guide. On first wear the pyjamas seemed to fit well enough. The trouser elastic wasn't that tight, so I did up the waist cord a little to compensate, which seemed to resolve the issue a bit. I did notice that as I walked the trousers seemed to want to ride downward. Then the first time I sat down the waist cord snapped at the back, inside the waistband. This was with very little strain on it as I had only done the cord tightly enough to keep the trousers on my hips without falling down - not tightly at all. As I pulled the cord free from the waistband it didn't look like it was ever one piece as the ends didn't fit together like they would have if it had snapped. I contacted WL and they offered me a new cord and a safetly pin to thread it through with. This hasn't arrived yet, but hopefully I'll be able to wear them without it happening again.

Regardless of the above, they look great, although the material is a little thinner than most pyjamas I’ve had and the stitching all seems to be single stitch... We’ll see if they last long enough to be value for the price I paid...

What a find!

These are fantastic pyjamas, hand made with care in Cape Town. It is rare to find pyjamas which are not only extremely comfortable to wear, but also fit spectacularly well. If I had one complaint, the length in the leg and sleeves are maybe a bit too long but these can be shortened. In general I preferred the fit of the shorts sets over the longs sets, especially for XS

For comfortable nights

I was a bit sceptical at first about how the delivery would work out. But everything went wonderfully. The pyjamas are made of a light, comfortable fabric and look really chic – just right for warmer days. Many thanks to the team, and I'll be back!

I absolutely love these pyjamas from Woodstock Laundry. The quality is stunning, the fabric is so soft and comfortable, and they feel far more expensive than they are. Such a great price for something that looks and feels this good. Definitely a lovely find.
